Dr. Besir Oner graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Capa) and was admitted to the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine after passing the Medical Specialization Exam with honors. Dr. Oner completed his residency program in this clinic and obtained the title of Plastic Surgeon. He is particularly interested in nose and facial aesthetics, breast aesthetics, and body contouring, as well as minimally invasive procedures also known as medical aesthetic operations. His favorites among these operations are fillers, botox, and thread lifting. Dr. Oner has published articles in national and international journals and presented at various symposia and congresses.
